Davina McCall has proven she isn’t going to let critics get to her.
Last week, the star hit back at people who accused her of looking “unhealthy” in a recent bikini photo.
On Wednesday, Davina took to Instagram to flaunt her rippling abs once again, shortly after working up a sweat in a spin class.

In the photo, the telly presenter posed alongside spin instructor Lucy.
Davina captioned the post: “So… just did spin with @lucy_spn.fit CRIKEY!
“It was like a spin hit class! Epic 45 mins! If you haven’t tried spin, find one that’s like a nightclub… I get that euphoria I used to get clubbing…. it’s genius!!”
Fans praised Davina, 50, and couldn’t get over her “incredible” bod.
One person commented: “Davina, I think you look incredible and a woman that I really admire,” while another wrote: “You look amazing Davina. Wish I had your energy.”
A third added: “Amazing!! Total inspiration.”
Davina’s latest fitness photo comes just days after she received criticism about her appearance.
Last week, the star shared a snap to Instagram showing herself in a floral two-piece bikini.
She told fans she had “no apologies” for sharing the shot because she’s worked hard to look the way she does.
The majority of her fans expressed their admiration for Davina and branded her an “inspiration”.
However, some people voiced their concern and accused the TV favourite of looking “too skinny”.
A day later, Davina responded to the critics and insisted she’s “happy and healthy”.
Alongside two photos of herself posing in the bikini, Davina tweeted: “Jesus! Talk about hooha!!! Two pics… same day I chose one on the right coz (sic) I liked my 6 pack but just so you can all calm down here is one without.
“Look at my insta… happy and healthy (sic).”
Of course, fans rushed to offer Davina their support and praised her for hitting back at the critics.

One person said: “You don’t need to justify yourself to anyone @ThisisDavina, it’s people who aren’t happy in their own skin who pass judgement on others.”
Davina has recently revealed she’s begun the process of earning a qualification to become a fitness trainer.
She often shares her fitness journey with fans and encourages them to get started on their own fitness journey by setting “small and achievable goals”.
