Davina McCall has discovered a new passion for surfing and it seems to suit her very well!
The TV presenter, 51, has revealed she has been taking to the waves every day during her recent exotic holiday – and loves how much of a workout it gives her.
Showing off her extremely lean body and abs on Instagram, the former Big Brother host also joked she exceeded her beginner’s status and picked up a few board tricks by accident!
“Had the best time,” she enthused in the image’s caption.

“Chester and I surfed every day.”
And although Davina hasn’t revealed on social media where she has been basking in the sun with her son – and it remains unclear whether they were joined by her daughters Holly and Tilly – it is clear she has relished making noticeable progress on her surfing skills during their break away.
She continued: “What a full on full body workout! So nice to be a total novice at something but just see little improvements every day.
“Chester was doing tricks! ( I wasn’t 😂) but I did turn… on purpose.

The £100k Drop presenter – wearing a tiny two-piece yellow bikini – also thanked her ‘legendary’ trainer Ben for having “the patience of a saint” and encouraged his employers to beef up his pay packet.
Another image uploaded to social media showed a very accomplished-looking Davina holding a strong position on her surfboard as she rode the crest of a wave.
Also seen throwing up the Shaka hand sign, she commented: “Arrrrrrrrggggggghhhhh, we had the best time!”
Fans were impressed with the telly personality’s uncommon physique.
“You are gorgeous inside and out,” commented one follower.
“You look so so good. Happy and healthy,” agreed another.
A third contributed: “Wow I’m 50 wish I had a flat tum like that.”
