TV presenter Eamonn Holmes has delighted his Instagram followers by sharing another photo from his childhood.
The This Morning host, 59, posted the black and white throwback snap featuring him and his brother Brian holding hands with their mum.
He recalled about the pic: “The photos were awful, the weather was awful but that was holidays in Ireland in 1965… and we were grateful for them.
“That’s me with the hood up holding my Mum’s hand.

“Can’t stop smiling thinking of pics then and now.”
Fans were impressed by the nostalgic look at the Belfast-born TV personality’s past – with Eamonn replying to several commenters.
“Doesn’t mum look trendy with her white pumps?” he wrote light-heartedly as he identified the holiday from 54 years ago as being in Cushendall in County Antrim.
“Bloody love this! Mini Eamonn,” remarked another fan, to which Eamonn replied about the blurry photo: “Good job you can’t see much of me!”

Another follower added: “It is like stepping back in time looking at old photos. Always happy memories. A simpler time that’s for sure.”
“What a charming picture, memories eh? Good to have, in a way people don’t really go away,” contributed a third.
Back in March, Eamonn gave a heartwarming peek of his early years by revealing his First Communion outfit.
Later that month he shared a pic of his beloved 90-year-old mum Josephine – but it wasn’t clear whether she was wearing white pumps on that occasion.
