In the latest news surrounding Eamonn Holmes, the TV star took to Instagram to share an update on his health yesterday (Wednesday, August 7).
Fans supported the Irish broadcaster as he admitted how “tough” his ongoing health battle is.

Taking to Instagram yesterday, Eamonn, 64, shared a video of himself working the zero-gravity treadmill once again.
“On my anti-gravity treadmill again today,” he told the camera.
“Gosh, it is tough today. It is so tough,” he then continued.
Eamonn went on to say that sometimes his body “plays ball” and sometimes it doesn’t.
“If I stay on this and do all that I’m supposed to do it, it will get better, but my goodness me it is tough,” he said.
“I’ve just done basically four hours of live news, which is depressing enough,” he said.
Eamonn then went on to say that he’s doing a “lot of thinking” while on the treadmill. He explained that he has to do 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Plenty of Eamonn’s 799k followers took to the comment section to show the star their support.
“I’m full of admiration for you Eamonn. You’re working so hard, and still managing a smile,” one fan commented.
“Onwards and upwards only for you Eamonn, the best is yet to come for you,” another urged the star.
“Keep pushing Eamonn. I have grown up watching you on TV, I’ve seen you on flights back to Belfast etc. You are a great man. You will get through this,” a third said.
“Keep going. But take rest breaks too. Be worth it in the end. Keep smiling!” another wrote.
Eamonn on engagement speculation
This week, Eamonn’s rumoured female friend, Katie Alexander, was spotted wearing a ring on her engagement finger.
As she ran errands, the marriage counsellor was seen sporting a gold and silver ring on her finger.
Katie reportedly regularly makes the long journey between Huddersfield and South London to spend time with Eamonn.
She has even reportedly told friends that she and Eamonn are “planning a future together”.
However, a source close to Eamonn shut down any engagement rumours.
“That is not an engagement ring,” they told the MailOnline.
