Eamonn Holmes has revealed his kids chide him for hanging out with Z-list celebrities on TV.
The 58-year-old and wife Ruth Langsford, 57, were asked in a new interview with OK! magazine if their children ever tell them off for things they’ve said on TV.
Eamonn and Ruth have son Jack, 16, while Eamonn also has three grown up children from his first marriage.
Ruth said: “Jack is remarkably chilled about his parents being on television, which is lovely.

“Even about doing Strictly [Come Dancing] – I asked him if he was comfortable because I was going to be dancing up close with a man that’s not daddy, and he said, ‘Mum, go for it.’ I was so touched.”
So Strictly Come Dancing is fine – but other shows may not be!
Eamonn added: “Sometimes they will say to me about more youth-orientated programmes, ‘What are you on that for? Why are you hanging out with a load of Z-list celebs?'”
Sadly, Eamonn didn’t actually reveal what shows or Z-list celebs he was talking about so we’ll just have to use our imagination!
The couple are hugely in-demand right now.
As well as co-hosting the Friday episode of This Morning, Ruth works on Loose Women and QVC, while Eamonn has a talkRADIO show and also stands-in on Good Morning Britain.
And they’ve got several other shows together including new consumer entertainment programme, Do The Right Thing.
It has been described as a “people-driven, live audience programme which puts the spotlight on rogue companies and red tape, whilst championing consumer stories and creating emotional reunions.”

Ruth said: “The stories we are going to cover, the issues we are going to investigate and the campaigns we are going to run will strike a chord with people across the country.”
Meanwhile, Ruth recently revealed she demands the same pay as Eamonn or any other male co-star if they’re doing the same job.
Speaking out in support of closing the gender pay gap, she told The Sun: “The thing is you don’t normally discuss your pay when you’re a co-presenter, but obviously I do with my husband because he’s my husband.
“I basically wouldn’t work for them if they weren’t paying me the same if I’m doing the same job, whether I’m with my husband or any other male co-presenter.”
