Eamonn Holmes has shared the sweetest photo with his mum Josie.
The presenter took to Instagram on Friday to reveal his mum’s recipe for Irish Strew was going to be the subject for This Morning’s cooking segment.
Eamonn, 58, posted a black-and-white snap of himself and his beloved mum smiling for the camera.

Eamonn captioned the post: “My Mum’s recipe for Irish Stew is the subject for Cookery on today’s This Morning. #Josie’s Stew.”
Fans rushed to comment on the post with many gushing about the “beautiful” picture.
One person said: “Nothing like mum’s stew, lovely picture of you & your mum,” while another gushed: “What a beautiful lady. Good old Irish stew nothing like it.”
A third wrote: “What a gorgeous picture!”
On Friday’s This Morning, Eamonn opened up about his mum and her famous stew!
Chef John Torode attempted to make a stew inspired by Josie’s recipe but warned Eamonn it may not be as good as his mum’s.
Eamonn replied: “No, I’ll tell you that now. She’ll be watching and she’ll be criticising you. Don’t mess up here!
“If you think MasterChef is hard, you ain’t seen nothing yet.”
After completing his stew dish, John told Eamonn and his wife Ruth Langsford: “From a bit of research, I know that Josie had the potatoes [in the stew] always separate to one side, is that right?”
Ruth quipped: “[Eamonn] wouldn’t know, he wasn’t even in the kitchen,” to which Eamonn joked: “You don’t know my mother, if I agree with something she hasn’t done, believe me, life wouldn’t be worth living.”
Eamonn then revealed his mum’s magic ingredient is curry powder, which would be sprinkled into the stew.
After tasting John’s dish, Eamonn said: “That’s really nice, mate. It’s a good effort, John, but compared to Josie’s stew, it’s alright,” as he pulled a face to the camera.
Speaking to his mum, Eamonn added: “It’s not like yours, mum.
“It’s only a homage to you. He’s paying tribute to what you do.”
Last month, Eamonn opened up about the relationship he shares with his mum and revealed she doesn’t like his risque This Morning interviews.

He said that Josie, who turns 90 this year, phones to tell him This Morning is “disgusting” whenever it hosts a more risque feature, like when Eamonn and Ruth interviewed a woman who could lift a tin of beans with her vagina.
Eamonn told the Sunday Express magazine: “She rings me and says, ‘Son, that programme is disgusting.'”
