She’s got a gruelling work schedule with TV presenting during the week mixed with tough Strictly Come Dancing training.
But lucky Ruth Langsford has a doting husband on hand to lavish her with compliments and bring her gin and tonic on demand!
After getting home from another draining Strictly session, Ruth whipped out the camera to film Eamonn greeting her when she came in the door.
At first he couldn’t resist poking fun at her new hairdo, after Ruth’s blonde locks were scraped back making it seem as if she’d chopped her tresses off.
“This is Ruth,” said Eamonn.

“Well, I think it’s Ruth because since the whole Strictly experience started, I’m just not sure who is going to arrive home and in what form and what dress.
“Do you know what? You look like cabin crew.”
Ruth, 57, seemed quite pleased with that comparison – especially when Eamonn, also 57, said he was loving her new look – and proudly started asking: “Chicken or beef? Chicken or beef?”
But not in the mood for continued fun and games, she soon quipped: “Anyway, I’m exhausted. Where’s my gin and tonic?”
As if by magic, Eamonn produced an ice cold tumbler from off camera showing he had the drink all ready as he knew Ruth would want it.
“How good a husband am I?” he shouted.
Oh, very good, Eamonn!

Fans were quick to gush about how “great” a couple they made – and agree that Eamonn definitely won husband points for predicting Ruth’s request.
“He is a love Ruth @ruthlangsford, ready with your G & T (bet you were ready for that eh?!) I think your hair looks great like that!! (sic)” wrote one.
Another said: “Your such a great couple!! Ruth your lucky to have someone as funny as Eamonn and Eamonn your lucky to have someone as beautiful as Ruth! (sic).”
A third added: “A wonderful couple -you both remind me of myself & my husband but I’m not doing strictly though lol (sic).”
And a fourth wrote: “Genuinely love, love you two together. So lovely and so genuine. You’re working hard with long hours and Eamonn is there to look after you when you come home. So nice. I’m so happy for you both.”
