Jake Wood has left his fans divided after showing off his new look.
The EastEnders actor, who plays Max Branning in the BBC soap, shared a snap to Instagram on Sunday showing off a very full beard.
Jake, 46, asked his followers what they thought of his new look by captioning the post: “Likey or no likey?”

He wrote: “Strong beard game. Likey or no likey?”
Fans rushed to comment on the post, with many not knowing what to think about his bushier beard.
One person said: “No likey, you look far better with just a little bit of stubble,” while another wrote: “Sorry Jake but it looks like your heads upside down.”
A third added: “No I’m afraid you look better without the beard.”
Others loved the look.
One person commented: “Don’t normally likey but it looks good,” while another wrote: “Hot. I love it.”
A third said: “It’s a beautiful beard!”
Meanwhile, Jake is getting ready to run the London Marathon in April in support of Dame Barbara Windsor – who is battling Alzheimer’s.
Jake – who has been part of the EastEnders cast since 2006 – said he was “proud” to be helping raise money for charity Dementia Revolution, which is supported by Barbara’s husband Scott Mitchell.
Last month, Jake appeared on Good Morning Britain alongside Scott.
Jake said: “Barbara is much loved by all the cast at EastEnders. We wanted to do something to raise money and raise awareness of the condition.”
Other EastEnders stars getting involved include Walford regulars Natalie Cassidy (Sonia Fowler), Tanya Franks (Rainie Branning), Emma Barton (Honey Mitchell), Jamie Borthwick (Jay Brown), Jane Slaughter (Tracey the barmaid) and Kellie Shirley, who previously played Carly Wicks.

Jake wrote on Twitter at the time: “So proud to be supporting dementia revolution with Barbara’s husband Scott & the team from EastEnders.”
The group are raising money for Dementia Revolution, a year-long campaign from Alzheimer’s Society and Alzheimer’s Research UK.
