Dame Joan Collins is one superstar who has appeared in a semi regular role as hotel CEO Crystal Hennessy-Vass.
But there have also been a whole host of amazing cameos from the likes of Rustie Lee, Su Pollard, Cilla Black and Bananarama.
Well, now another legend is jetting out to the popular sunny holiday destination – and you ladies are in for a treat as he’s a drop-dead gorgeous pop heartthrob!
Yes, it’s Spandau Ballet’s Tony Hadley.
Last week the dashing fella was spotted filming scenes in and around the resort’s Sol Pelicanos Hotel where the rib-tickling show is shot.
According to pals of the star, he has been a big fan of the series for years and was over the moon when producers got in touch, telling him they’d love him to shoot a cameo role.
They believe he’s just the right kind of star to appeal to its millions of viewers, many of whom grew up in the 80s when Spandau were a huge deal!
As yet, it is unconfirmed whether or not he will be playing himself on the show or if he will get to sing a note of Spandau’s smash hit Gold, but fans can rest assured that he will be looking his usual dashing self.
“Tony appeals to women of a certain age as he was a real heart-throb back in the day,” a show source has let slip.

Tony will appear in the next series of the show, which is due to air next year, so we still have some time to wait.
In other casting news, ITV sources have revealed that even more big star names have been lined up to entertain viewers in 2018, including a turn from 90s bafoons The Chuckle Brothers.
