It was never going to be a smooth-running wedding for Emmerdale’s Aaron Dingle and Robert Sugden.
And now it looks like Aaron’s going to be kidnapped on the big day – will he make the ceremony?
The groom-to-be is grabbed and chucked inside a car boot where he’s held captive.
But it seems his kidnapper is closer to home than he thinks because it’s actually a member of his own family!
While Robert’s planning a surprise ceremony for his fiancé so he can make sure they say their vows before Aaron receives his sentence for the assault on Kasim, the rest of the Dingles are tasked with helping Robert.
Some of them are getting stuck in with decorations, while others are in charge of distracting Aaron so he doesn’t suspect anything.
So in true Dingle fashion, they lock him in the boot of the vehicle to stop him wandering around the village and finding out what’s going on!

It’s a suited and booted Robert who finally lets Aaron out telling him:
“Happy surprise wedding day!”
Aaron doesn’t look too pleased, but we know he does get himself all dressed up and ready to go and say ‘I do’.
But with Paddy dead against the pairing and refusing to give his blessing, plus the police set to arrive halfway through the ceremony, it’s not going to be the dream day they both desire.
Robron fans are delighted to see them finally get their big day, but earlier this week it was revealed Aaron will be sentenced to a year in prison for the assault on Kasim.

That’s a hefty stretch and had many people thinking that meant Danny Miller is leaving the Dales for good.
Fortunately he’s not, and while the future of Robron remains to be seen, the next few months look rocky for the boys.
We hope they at least get to commit before Aaron gets sent down.
