The troubled teen is rebuilding her friendship with the even more troubled Lachlan White – who is fresh out of a Young Offenders’ Unit for shooting Lawrence.
Zak soon starts to notice that some of Lachlan’s behaviours are a little bit strange and he worries about his daughter hanging around with someone who’s more than a little unhinged.
And don’t forget, it wasn’t that long ago that Lachlan was a tiny bit obsessed with Belle.
Zak frets about his vulnerable daughter’s safety and wonders if he should intervene in the friendship.
Or is he giving Lachlan too hard a time? Could the teen really be a reformed character after his time in the unit?
With rumours circulating that Lachlan is about to become the Dales’ latest serial killer, we reckon erring on the side of caution would be a pretty good move for Zak.

Among Lachlan’s rumoured bloodbath of victims is Lawrence, who he wants to finish off properly this time.
Fellow-killer, Emma Barton, is also said to be on Lachlan’s hit list in a storyline which is reported to play up until Christmas.
An ITV insider said: “There’s going to be a lot of change afoot.
“It will be a proper Emmerdale bloodbath.”
