Emmerdale’s Debbie Dingle will do anything to save her daughter Sarah Sugden’s life – even if that means going to prison herself.
We discovered little Sarah was suffering from throat cancer when Deb arrived back in the Dales in a whirlwind of police cars and kidnapping.
As a fundraising page was set up to find the money to pay for the lifesaving proton treatment Sarah needs, a mystery donor gave £20,000 to help.
It turned out it was Debbie’s grandmother, Faith Dingle, who has returned to the Dales to reconnect with her family.

So now she has the cash, Deb just needs to get out of the country.
It turns out, the nearest place offering the treatment is Prague, but with Debbie’s criminal record, she’s forbidden from leaving the country.
At first the family insist Charity will take little Sarah instead, but Deb’s not happy with that idea – especially not when Sarah asks what will happen if she dies and her mum’s not with her.
Determined no one will be by her daughter’s side but her, Debbie visits Ross to get hold of some fake passports.
He’s only too happy to oblige.
But she’s not counting on Faith intervening and stealing the boarding passes to stop Debbie going and getting herself into trouble.
Somehow, Deb does manage to get to the airport with Sarah, but as she prepares to enter passport control, can she really trust the documents Ross has provided?
