Emmerdale fans have a dark theory on what’s happened to Amelia Spencer.
The schoolgirl went missing in last night’s episode after discovering the truth about her uncle Dad actually being her biological father.
“I just want to say sorry,” Dan said in last night’s episode after rowing with Amelia and thinking she was upstairs in her room.
He added: “I just want to talk to her and tell her everything is going to be fine.
“I shouldn’t have taken it out on her.”

But as Kerry went to fetch Amelia from her room, Dan changed his mind.
In a heartbreaking twist, he told Kerry to leave her to her own devices for a while.
As Kerry made her way upstairs he called her back, saying: “Actually don’t. I don’t want to make things worse, do I?
“Maybe you’re right, I should treat her like a grown up and respect her feelings.
“She will talk to me when she’s ready.
“She’ll come round won’t she?”
It was then revealed that Amelia’s room was empty with her bed made and her window wide open.
However, while some fans thought Amelia had run away after her DNA discovery, others had a much more terrifying theory about what had happened to her.
Namely, they feared evil DI Bails had struck again and taken Amelia.

Earlier this week it was revealed fully how the corrupt policeman had kept a then 14-year-old Charity Dingle captive, abused her and sold her to be raped by other perverts.
One fan tweeted: “Oh no Amelia has gone missing!”
Another added: “Amelia is going to get stolen by Bails now.”
A third chipped in: “Amelia has legged it, stay away from the police.”
