Ashley Cain, whose daughter is fighting leukeamia, has revealed the disease has formed in another part of her body.
The former Ex On The Beach star, 30, told fans his seven-month-old daughter, Azaylia, now needs another kind of chemotherapy to prevent the disease from reaching her brain.
Ashley and his partner, Safiyya Vorajee, have launched an online fundraiser and generated over £1million in donations, as Azaylia needs specialist treatment overseas.
What has Ashley Cain said about his daughter?
In an update on Wednesday (March 31), Ashley said: “Azaylia had to go into theatre yesterday, for a bone marrow test to read her leukaemia count, plus, a lumber puncture to extract samples to send off to Singapore.
“After that, doctors had to take 60ml of blood from her followed by a four-hour blood transfusion. Later, she had chemotherapy with two separate drugs: Azacitidine and the drug we’ve been working tirelessly to get hold of, Venetoclax.”

Revealing the leukaemia had formed elsewhere, the dad continued: “That was tough enough because of Azaylia’s pain and discomfort from the multiple procedures.
“Until we got told by consultants, that they had found blasts of leukaemia forming in her Cerebrospinal fluid, which can result in it finding the brain!”
He continued: “This now means that Azaylia will now have to have another form of chemotherapy intrathecally, through the spinal tap to attack the leukaemia and protect her brain.
“This means today she will be having a CT scan on her head to make sure we can go through with this intrathecal procedure tomorrow (Thursday, April 1).”
The reality star revealed it had all taken a huge toll on the family.
He added: “The reality is that, there are no days off on this journey, no time out periods and no single second without worry or fear.”
Azaylia’s leukaemia diagnosis
Ashley revealed revealed the heartbreaking news that his daughter has a ‘rare and aggressive’ form of cancer in 2020, when she was two months old.
On Instagram, he shared an adorable video of him comforting his poorly tot.
He captioned it: “Yesterday I had to go through something no parent in the world should have to go through. The single most upsetting, terrifying and heartbreaking experience I have ever been through.
“I found out my beautiful daughter Azaylia Diamond Cain got diagnosed with a very rare and aggressive form of leukaemia which has come with many complications.

“Everybody who wishes to, please say a prayer for my beautiful brave little girl Azaylia who is currently fighting a battle for her life!
“Mummy and Daddy love you princess. LET’S GO CHAMP. You CAN and you WILL beat this!”
Leukaemia is a form of cancer that affects the white blood cells. In children, symptoms include pale skin, fatigue, easily bruised skin and a purple rash.
When was Azaylia born?
Baby Azaylia was born on August 10. At the time, Ashley posted a photo of his newborn daughter on Instagram.
He wrote: “There is no words to describe this feeling. But she has opened new doors to my life and my heart. I could literally look at her all day and hold her till my arms give in.
“But mainly I will always be there for her as her daddy, her friend and her confidant! Daddy loves you baby, you’ve changed my life!”
The former professional footballer also posted a video of himself visibly excited. In the clip, he danced around the ward in scrubs while celebrating the birth of his new arrival.
Cain rose to fame on MTV’s Ex On The Beach, returning in series two and five as an ex. He then appeared on The Challenge in the US, dating other reality stars including Chole Khan.
