The marriage of Cheryl and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini is officially over after a decree nisi was granted in the Central Family Court in London, by Judge Heather MacGregor.
They haven’t gone quietly though as the divorce papers have an explosive revelation.
Cheryl has claimed that her now ex husband, Jean-Bernard, was the reason that caused her “stress and weight loss” due to his alleged “unreasonable behaviour”.
With the marriage finally over, a spokesperson said in a statement: “Cheryl Fernandez-Versini and Jean-Bernard Fernandez-Versini have today obtained Decree Nisi in their divorce proceedings.
“No further comment will be made and they ask for their privacy to be respected.”
Cheryl had spoken out at the time, saying that she was going through a difficult period, as fans posted messages of concern about her slight figure.

A source spoke out to Now magazine: “This has been the result of months of negotiations, but Cheryl and JB reached an agreement two months ago.
“And there has been no financial settlement.
“Lots of wild figures have been thrown about, but that is the truth, as the documents will show.
“JB is not going to be paid any money by Cheryl.
“She will not officially change her name straightaway because that takes time, and there are other things she needs to think about first.”
The divorcing couple apparently stayed away from the court as the end of their marriage was finalised.
Cheryl, 33, will no doubt be pleased to put her all into the flourishing relationship she has with One Direction star Liam Payne.
She is allegedly pregnant with the 1D star’s baby and no doubt that the stress of the divorce off her mind, will be good if her impending motherhood is confirmed.
A friend of Jean-Bernard spoke to The Mirror and said that he was also moving on with his life.

They said: “J-B has moved on, it’s been a really tough year for him with his father dying, leaving him the only remaining member of his family.
“Then there is getting divorced and being bound by a confidentially agreement – which means he can never defend himself or clarify any false reports.
“He’d never say anything bad about Cheryl but he realised a long time ago, when he had to deal with everything alone, she wasn’t the girl for him.
“He’s focused on his new restaurant and wants everybody to be able to move on with their life, with whoever that may be.”
