Amanda Holden is one very proud mum to two young daughters but generally prefers to keep them out of the limelight.
So fans couldn’t resist gushing when the Britain’s Got Talent star uploaded a rare shot of her eldest daughter Lexi to Instagram.
The picture, posted on Thursday, showed Lexi, 11, beaming as she posed next to her dad Chris while on holiday in Italy.

Amanda, 46, told fans the throwback image had been taken during a family trip to Puglia in August.
She shared it alongside hashtags including “family over everything”.
Fans were quick to pipe up, telling Amanda they were stunned by Lexi’s close resemblance to both her mother and father.
One wrote: “Lexi looks the image of Chris here!! Xx.”
Another said: “Cuteness. Lexi looks so much like you! X it’s unreal! X.”
A third agreed: “Awww Lexi looks like you.”
And a fourth chimed in: “You have such a gorgeous family!”
Meanwhile, a fifth said: “Beautiful photo! Your family has great genes!”
Amanda and Chris are also parents to daughter Hollie, five.
Although the two girls have occasionally been pictured on Amanda’s social media accounts, she quite often keeps their backs to the camera and faces hidden from view.
In a rare public appearance together, Amanda was joined by Lexi at London Fashion Week in September.
She brought the school girl along to the Julien Macdonald show – but outings like that are few and far between.
But it seems like Lexi won’t be following in her mum’s footsteps as Amanda told Daily Mail’s You magazine in February the little girl has her eye on a different career: being a vet.
Youngest daughter Hollie, however, is all for chasing the bright lights of the stage!
While preparing for her West End show, Stepping Out, Amanda said: “Lexi would go through lines with me, which is good reading practice, and Hollie loved every single thing about it.

“The other day she came up to me and said: ‘Mummy, I have good news and bad news. The bad news is that Lexi wants to be a vet. The good news is I want to be an actress.’
“I’m looking at her thinking how thrilled I am that Lexi wants to be a vet and also: ‘Oh no, she is me! Another me is being launched on to the world…'”
We don’t think that’s a bad thing!
