Worried fans of This Morning stars Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford have been sending the TV couple bundles of love after it was revealed their beloved dog Maggie had to have another medical inspection.
Rescue dog Maggie had to make a trip to the vets only last week when it was revealed she had sustained a wound on her leg.
The injury made it necessary for Collie cross Maggie to wear a protective cone to stop her from licking it.
But thankfully she wasn’t required to suffer the collar for too long – and looked far more comfortable after it was removed.

Sadly, however, Maggie had to visit the animal doctor again this weekend – and may have to undergo an operation after jumping out of a car.
Posting a snap of Maggie of looking up at him on Instagram, a sympathetic Eamonn captioned the shot as if speaking directly to her.
“Honestly Mags, I don’t want to be here either,” he wrote.
Eamonn continued: “Waiting in the Vet’s Hospital. Looks like a dislocated shoulder. Poor Mags.”

Responding to hundreds of messages sent to him on both Insta and Twitter, Eamonn also revealed Maggie hates going to the vets.
Agreeing with one Twitter user whose pets also don’t enjoy the experience, he replied: “Same here – I think they remember the smell.”
The 59-year-old broadcaster also indicated he and Ruth had no regrets in adopting a rescue dog – and are totally besotted with Maggie.
“Your thoughts are my thoughts,” he agreed with one well wisher who said they could not have predicted how much they would fall in love with their own rescue dogs.
