Pregnant Ferne McCann has sparked concern amongst her fans after sharing a workout video on her social media account.
The star is in her third trimester and is expected to welcome her first child in November this year.
Ferne, 27, has been keeping her body toned throughout her entire pregnancy but fans have advised the star to take it easier in the gym.

The former TOWIE star shared a clip of her workout routine on Instagram as she wrote: “THIRD TRIMESTER WORK OUT 💪🏼.
“Here’s a lil vid from my ‘all body’ session this morning.
“Now I’m in my 3rd trimester and my bump is growing big, I am definitely feeling it a lot more!
“However I still like to keep active and believe if you’re motivated and get yourself to the gym to work out it will produce more energy!
“I have loved keeping active whilst being pregnant! It’s good for the mind, body and soul ☺️💜.”
Some fans were quick to express their concern.
One said: “Please be careful!”
Another commented: “You should just be resting girl.”
“Be careful please xx,” a third added.
Others had nothing but praise for the presenter.
One devoted fan wrote: “Good on her. Don’t think I could do that.”
“You are owning pregnancy. Such an inspo and you look amazing,” said another.
Despite the fans’ concerns Ferne’s personal trainer, Ellie Hopley, explained that all the workouts are perfectly safe for those who are expecting.
Ellie told OK! Magazine: “I would always strongly advise my client or anyone wishing to train during pregnancy to get the all clear from their doctor and or midwife before continuing to exercise.
“Ferne has been working with me as her trainer consistently for nearly a year now.
“During the third trimester it is safe to exercise dependant on the person and how their pregnancy is progressing.
“Ferne is healthy, fit and strong and so it is perfectly safe to train as long as she feels she is able.”
She went on to explain that they avoid doing any exercises that could cause harm to Ferne and her baby.
The This Morning star announced her pregnancy earlier this year after her ex Arthur Collins, who is the father of her unborn baby, was arrested in connection to an acid attack at a club in London.
In a statement to OK! Online her rep told them: “Ferne is grateful for the sympathetic way news of her pregnancy has been covered and people’s support and obviously her first concern is for her child’s health.
“Accordingly she does not wish to discuss the pregnancy further given the early stage it is at and the immense strain that Ferne is currently under.”
After overcoming the difficult few months that followed Ferne is now more than excited to become a mum for the first time.

Ferne explained that with the support from her family and friends she’s managed to overcome the “stress” from the past few months.
Speaking to Reveal Magazine, she talked about surrounding herself by people that love and care for her.
“I speak to Danielle Armstrong every day, and my best friend Billie [Faiers] is around the corner,” she said.
“Becky Vardy has also been an absolute angel. She always sends me check-up messages and I really admired her for her post-baby photoshoot in which she showed off her body unairbrushed. I thought it was a good image to put out.
“Vicky [Pattison] has been great, too – it’s been all good vibes, which I’m so grateful for,” Ferne added.
