John Barrowman has been excluded from tonight’s I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! vote after having an accident in camp and being rushed to hospital, causing fans to voice their concern for him.
Hosts Holly Willoughby and Declan Donnelly revealed the news at the start of the show.
Dec, 43, explained: “It has been an eventful 24 hours. John Barrowman had an accident in camp last night and was taken to hospital. He’s fine, he’s resting up but unfortunately we’ve had to exclude him from tonight’s vote until we know whether he’s able to return to camp.”
Holly, 37, added: “As a result the vote has been frozen and we will reopen it shortly. If you’ve already paid to vote for John please visit the website.”
John was left in pain after spraining his ankle as he was walking along a path in camp.
Viewers tweeted their worries for the 51-year-old actor and his place in the show.
“JOHN IS IN HOSPITAL WHAT”, tweeted one.
A second wrote: “Hope he is ok and gets back to camp”.

Another added: “Ah. Not John. Hope he comes back.”
A fourth commented: “oh my god john 🙁 I hope you’re okay”.
Some said it won’t be the same without him.

With John’s place in the show uncertain, the other campmates still await their fate.
The star has been hands on in the jungle, helping with lots of the chores around the camp, so there will be a big gap in his absence.
It will also be a lot quieter without John as he is always breaking out in song!
Another shocker for viewers tonight was Fleur East’s Bushtucker trial.
The challenge saw her strapped to a giant pizza while all kinds of nasties, including offal, were thrown over her as she tried to get stars out of a piñata!
After the awful ordeal, Fleur, 31, said: “Disgusting. Thank God there’s no smell-evision, because I stink.”
