Pictured in shorts and a crop-top, Davina was smiling into the camera preparing for a workout.
She captioned the image: “Almost firing on all cylinders … warm up walk run 20 mins then 30 mins @oygdavina revving up for back to school …”
It wasn’t long before her army of fans – one million of them – took to Instagram to share their delight.
