EastEnders fans have come up with a shocking theory about Walford’s First Lady, Sharon Mitchell, and it’s something that would make her husband very proud!

Since the departure of Ben Mitchell, and the revelation that he didn’t have the missing heist money but a load of old Walford Gazettes, viewers have been trying to work out who’s got the loot.
And fans think that Sharon could actually be in possession of the ill-gotten gains.
It’s a bit of a long-shot, but let’s face it, weirder things have happened in Albert Square recently.
The theory seems to have stemmed from a comment from current EE head honcho John Yorke, who said that there is some big stuff coming up for the ultimate blonde bombshell in 2018.
Could this possibly be the start of Sharon’s big storyline? And if she does have it – what’s she planning on doing with it?
Fans took to social media to speculate about Sharon’s possible light fingers.
“just watched EastEnders. Sharon has the money,” said one fan with absolute certainty.
“Bet Sharon has the money,” added another.
“I would forgive a lot of wrongs if Sharon snatched & grabbed that heist money,” added a third.
The dirty money was last seen with Ben Mitchell, but someone managed to switch his bag with one full of newspapers before he managed to get away from Walford.

The money is going to be the focus of a lot of upcoming storylines as Aidan determines to get it back and, next week, believes Mick is the man with the moolah.
