Fern Britton appeared on This Morning today after quitting the show as Phil Schofield’s co-host eight years ago.
The 59-year-old made sure she got all the attention on her comeback too.
She showed off a hidden tattoo to hosts Ruth Langsford and Eamonn Holmes – which she had kept hidden at first from her hubby and This Morning chef Phil Vickery.

After showing off one tattoo, a cross on her wrist, Fern unbuttoned her trousers to show off her other – hidden – one.
The presenter revealed Phil wasn’t a fan of the ink and admitted he “didn’t speak to me after”.
Celebrity chef Phil placed his head in his hands as his wife proudly showed off her tat.
One viewer on Twitter wrote: “@Fern_Britton didnt realise you were tatted, are you inked @philvickerytv? Perhaps a prep knife & steel? #ThisMorning.”
Fans of the show were more than delighted with Fern’s return and reminisced about her good old days on This Morning alongside Phillip Schofield.
On Twitter one wrote: “It was nice to see @Fern_Britton back on #ThisMorning she was my favorite.”
“Loved seeing you again on #thismorning you and @philvickerytv should do it together u would be soooo funny,” another said.

Fern was on the show to promote her new upcoming show Culinary Genius.
The show will see Fern work alongside chef Gordon Ramsay, as cooks compete
She said: “Gordon Ramsay has taken three years to get it on air and it’s very tense.
“The first thing they [the contestants] have to do is the knife challenge and you get rid of three of them straight away.”
We will certainly be tuning in!
