It seems two characters who ruined Christmas for their families ten years ago haven’t learnt their lesson.
Max Branning and Stacey Fowler had an affair when she was married to his son Bradley which was sensationally revealed on Christmas Day in 2007.
Now it seems she will cheat on new husband Martin with her old flame.
A new picture from the festive special shows Stacey, played by Lacey Turner, dressed as an angel being far from angelic as she locks lips with the ginger lothario.
Stacey giving into passion with her former father-in-law will come as a huge shock to fans who have seen her recently seem happy and settled with Martin, with whom she just had baby Hope.
She has remained Max’s only friend as he has sought to destroy the lives of the Albert Square residents who framed him for the murder of Lucy Beale.

Last night, viewers were stunned when Max, played by Jake Wood, tried to strangle Ian Beale with fairy lights and was only stopped by daughter Lauren making a surprise entrance.
EastEnders exec consultant John Yorke has confirmed there will be a death on the Square this Christmas, and unhinged Max is likely to be involved as he seeks revenge on Ian and Phil Mitchell.
But first he will tempt Stacey after being invited to her home for Christmas dinner.
Could the violence that will erupt actually be because Martin will go mad if he catches him with his wife?
John teased this week: “I came up with a tagline to guide us through the episodes.
“It was pretty cheesy, but as Mick and Linda were about to renew their wedding vows, I came up with this line: ‘Someone old, someone new, someone’s dead and someone’s blue’.”
Could someone blue be Martin when he finds out he has been betrayed by the love of his life?
But whose days are numbered?
It has been confirmed that Branning sisters Lauren and Abi will be leaving this Christmas, along with Ben Mitchell so they are currently the likely candidates for a grisly demise.
