EastEnders star Jessie Wallace was reportedly attacked by drunken fans at a south London pub last night.
The 46-year-old actress, who played Kat Slater in the BBC soap, is said to have been assaulted at the Partridge pub in Bromley after refusing requests for a photograph.
And according to a witness, Jessie – who’s appearing in panto in the town – was left “furious” after an actor friend of hers was injured in the incident.
Members of the Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs cast were said to have been enjoying a quiet drink when things turned nasty.
Lesley Ashmall, a member of the public who was in the pub at the time, said: “There was a nice atmosphere until these two drunks were asking Jessie for a photograph.
“They were hassling her for a photo and she said no because they were too drunk.
“They must’ve broken six glasses, then they smashed the actor who was playing Nurse Nancy [Jason Sutton]. After that, they ran out of the pub.”

Ashmall explained that the police and an ambulance arrived at the scene, and while most of the cast – including Jessie – were left unscathed after the attack, Jason required stitches for his injury.
She said of former EastEnders star Jessie: “She was furious with what happened.”
Police are said to be continuing with their enquiries, and as yet no arrests have been made.
Jessie and her on-screen partner, Shane Richie, took a ‘break’ from EastEnders in 2015 to star in the BBC spin-off series Redwater.
As it turned out, it was the last we’d see of them – appearing on This Morning together in January 2016, the actors revealed that they wouldn’t be returning to Walford.

However, Shane turned up on Sunday Brunch last month to promote his new country-music album, and hinted that both he and Jessie could make a sensational comeback on the soap.
He said: “I love the idea of going back. And I’m sure Jessie would love to – if the storyline’s right. Who knows? Maybe next year.”
