Ex Big Brother contestant Chanelle Hayes has told fans she’s gone up a dress size following a “really bad six weeks”.
The 31-year-old revealed to her 104,000 Instagram followers yesterday she has “totally fallen off the bandwagon [sic]” when it comes to her diet, especially because she has been on a family holiday.
The mum-of-two – who has struggled with her fluctuating weight for years – is reported to have dropped over three stone since the start of 2019.
Earlier this summer she was able to fit her slimmer figure back into her size 12 jeans for the first time in three years.

But it seems the social media personality is frustrated by more recent changes to her body – even though her focus has been on being a busy mum chasing her kids about.
Apologising for taking a break from social media while away with her sons, Chanelle admitted she feels as if she has neglected her healthy approach – and has consequently gone from a size 12 to a size 14.
Vowing to resume her efforts, she continued: “I can also tell in myself that I feel softer and have lost definition which is such a shame.
“When I am home I need to get back on it big time as I can feel with every pound gained, a little confidence has been lost.”

She added: “It’s a marathon not a sprint so I’m not being hard on myself, just ready to get back to how well I was doing and focusing back on my health.”
Explaining why her social media accounts had not been flooded with holiday snaps, Chanelle went on to say she was glad of a screen break.
“Running around after these two monsters didn’t leave me much time for selfies so this was my only one lol,” she commented.
Chanelle continued: “Splashing, discos, slides, ice creams defo took priority over any pics this last week for sure. Memories over social media any day.”
