Gemma Atkinson has shared a moment of honesty about the realities of pregnancy – praising chafing creams for helping her get by.
The actress went on an early morning walk with boyfriend Gorka Márquez, and revealed the hardships of getting around while pregnant.

Gorka shared a video of Gemma walking up a hill in the couple’s local park, and Gemma reposted it, calling attention to her “pregnancy waddle.”
She also added the caption, “Thank god for chafing cream,” including a cry laughing emoji.
The couple also shared some adorable shots of their dogs surrounded by a carpet of fallen blossoms, celebrating the onset of spring.
The loved up pair recently shared a sonogram of their baby, joking that it already looks like its dad.
Gemma posted the sonogram side-by-side with one of Gorka’s baby photos, saying: “Still in my tummy kicking away. Making me knackered and giving me way more cellulite than usual, but already has the exact same nose and mouth as their Dad. How is this fair?”
The Emmerdale star has also been learning Spanish – showing off her development as Strictly Come Dancing star Gorka tested her.
Gemma posted a video to her Instagram Stories showing Gorka correcting her Spanish as the pair cooked dinner.
The image was captioned, “My Spanish lessons are going well,” followed by an image of a face surrounded by question marks.

But she appears to be practicing hard, as the dancer shared a video showing him testing Gemma this morning as the actress was driving him.
Gemma and Gorka announced they were expecting their first child in February.
