Gemma Atkinson was forced to strip down to her underwear during a sweaty gym session.
The 35-year-old actress trained in her bra and knickers while working out in her home gym, telling fans: “It’s too hot!”
Ahead of the session, former Emmerdale star Gemma filmed herself as she was accompanied by her adorable dogs Norman and Ollie.
She explained: “About to train literally in just my knickers and my bras because it’s too hot.”
Gemma has been busy keeping fit with professional dancer boyfriend Gorka Márquez during lockdown.
Clearly, yesterday was no different as she competed gruelling upper body circuits in her garage.
As the session came to an end, a sweaty Gemma said: “Wow! That was tough but it was good!”

Sharing a snap of a recent fitness session, the former Strictly star said: “I was feeling a bit off this morning. A little bit ‘blurrhh’ As a mum it’s important for me to always try and be in the best head space not just for me, but because I know Mia and Gorka both feed off my energy.
“We have a happy, loud, beautiful, chaotic, dog barking home life and that’s how I’d like to keep it. I know that to be able to be my best in my home and work life, I need to train!
“I need to sweat, and grunt, release those happy hormones and have that ‘me time’ I instantly felt better after my session. It was like a light switch!”
Gemma added: “It’s amazing what movement does for your mind. Anything from weights, a run, yoga, something that’s just about YOU. Self care isn’t selfish, it’s necessary! Everyone has some form of personal therapy, mine is exercise.”
Would Gemma Atkinson return to Emmerdale?
Meanwhile, Gemma recently hinted she could return to Emmerdale for a short stint.
The busy mum explained to Inside Soap: “I love Emmerdale. It’s a great show. But going back would mean doing a commute to Leeds, doing 12 hours of filming and then going back again. So I wouldn’t see Mia.

“I’m really enjoying my radio show at the moment. I get to work on my doorstep and it’s very short hours.
“That means I can be at home with my daughter. I could maybe do a couple of episodes at Emmerdale, but I can’t go back long-term.”
