Gemma Collins was beside herself today after hanging out with Jonathan Ross ahead of her guest appearance on The Jonathan Ross show.
The Only Way Is Essex star said she finally feels she’s been “accepted” after years of being treated like the “underdog”.
The 38-year-old shared an Instagram video of Jonathan in her dressing room as she got ready to record the show – and she told him it was a “dream come true.”
In the clip, 58-year-old Jonathan puffed on an e-cigarette and asked: “Hello Gemma, how are you?”
From behind the camera, Gemma said: “I’m really good. So everyone, I’m going to be on The Jonathan Ross Show on Saturday night.
“This is a dream come true!”
Jonathan relaxed on the arm of a sofa as he chatted to the GC, telling her it was a dream for him “as well”.
She then thanked him for making her feel so welcome.
The excitable Essex girl captioned the video with: “I’ve DREAMED of this day FOREVER ✌🏻 this is such a HIGHLIGHT in my career I can’t tell you how much everyone always treated me as an UNDERDOG my whole life …. NOW LOOK 👀 ….. HARD WORK pays off ✌🏻 @mewossy even better you love game of thrones as much as me ✌🏻 thank you for having me on and making me feel so special and ACCEPTED ✌🏻.”
It’s a long way from her TOWIE roots, as Jonathan’s chat show usually has A-listers and Hollywood stars lining the interview sofa.
Gemma didn’t divulge what she’ll be discussing on the ITV show at the weekend, but it’s likely her dramatic journey on Dancing On Ice will come up.
She had an array of incidents on the show, including an almighty tumble on the ice and a full blown war of words with DOI judge Jason Gardiner, which is still going.

Jonathan even joked about getting Jason on his show at the same time as Gemma!
In another video on her Instagram Story, he quipped: “As a special treat for you, Gemma, here’s our special guest Jason Gardiner…”

She could then be heard chuckling in the background.
Gemma has also had drama in her love life recently. She split from boyfriend James ‘Arg’ Argent last month, but they are now said to be patching things up.
Perhaps she’ll spill on that, too.
