Gemma Collins has shared a rather worrying photo with fans which seemingly shows off her horrendous bruises from her fall at the Radio 1 Teen Awards.
The GC is on holiday in Tenerife soaking up the sunshine and she posted the snap on Instagram as she relaxed in the pool.
She captioned it: “ALL NATURAL” in response to the recent newspaper pictures of her wearing a black mesh swimsuit.
But although plenty of people commented on how amazing she looked, most were more concerned about the apparent bruises covering her body.
“Aww look how badly bruised she is,” said one, while another added: “Love it ouch them bruises look sore though.”
“Ouch! Looks sore! Still beautiful as ever,” said a third.
A fourth wrote: “Oh my days you poor thing hope your not in to much pain my luvvie [sic].”
“I hope you are getting better you bruises look horrendous. But you look stunning,” wrote a further well-wisher, while someone else added: “Omg those bruises from the fall must of taken a right hit bless you.”
But not everyone was convinced they were actually bruises – especially not as Gem had posted a video in the same swimsuit earlier on and the bruises weren’t as apparent there.

One person commented: “They aren’t bruises.”
While another added: “It’s the filter. Her video shows veins or skin discolourations but the filter has highlighted them & made them look like bruises it’s happened to me before.”
“They are vains not bruises!!” said a third.
In the video Gemma also posted from her trip away, she addressed the articles on her choice of swimwear directly.
“Number one,” she began. “Alan Carr you totally smashed it, I am here with my flamingo, and seeing you dressed up as me at Halloween was just amazing,” referring to the comedian dressing up as her for Halloween.
She then went on to say: “There’s lots of publicity going round about me in my mesh swimwear – who says a curvy girl can’t wear mesh? Check out the curves guys. Sexy baby, rock yourself be confident in your own skin. If you’ve got it flaunt it baby, don’t let anyone ever make you feel bad about your body.
“Today I’m wearing beautiful red mesh swimwear on, no one’s gonna tell me I can’t wear it, it’s got a cut-out back and I’m just loving life right now with my flamingo, so girls embrace your curves.”

Gemma’s fall down a trapdoor came two weekends ago at the Teen Awards. She landed on top of the Love Island stars, who had been coming up through the trapdoor to get their award.
The TOWIE star has insisted she could have died or been seriously injured by the fall, telling The Sun: “I’m in total shock. It is a miracle I am living to tell the tale. I could have died or at least been disabled at the end of it. I could have been legless. Legless!”
Gemma initially laughed off the incident on social media and even posted a funny ‘If you’ve been injured at work…’ meme, but she did a U-Turn the next day.

Phoning into This Morning the day after it happened, the star said: “The seriousness of it is that it could have been, like, really fatal because what people don’t see is that under there it’s all machinery going on because the three Love Island guys were coming up on stage.
“It could have been fatal but it wasn’t so do you know what? You’ve just got to dust yourself off.
“Yes, I’m in a bit of pain but it was the best moment of my life to stand on stage at Wembley Stadium but I just wish I hadn’t got so excited and spun round to give them the award and fell in the hole.
“My mum was crying her eyes out. I was like, ‘Mum I’m okay!’ and she was like, ‘Gemma, this could have been fatal, you could have died’.”
