She has lost around three stone over the last year, and she says it is down to workouts, healthier eating and SkinnyJab.
At the beginning of the year, Gemma said she was planning on eating a more vegan diet.
A well-known animal lover, she said she wants to do her bit against farming cruelty by cutting down on meat.
And embracing a healthier, veggie based diet.

At the beginning of 2020, she told her Instagram followers it was going to be a ‘healthy, meat-free year’.
And since lockdown she shared plenty of clips of her doing workouts in her garden.

What’s more, she has also praised SkinnyJab for helping her drop several clothes sizes.
The somewhat controversial brand is an appetite suppressant which is administered through injections.

Gemma has sung their praises – saying they can starve off hunger for hours at a time.
