Gemma Collins has vowed to meet a fan who had a tattoo of her crying inked on his leg.
Superfan Billy said he had been a devotee of the Dancing On Ice star since she appeared on Celebrity Big Brother. While he admitted he had never watched Gemma on The Only Way Is Essex, he opted to have a picture of her sobbing from her time on Celebrity Big Brother tattooed on his body.

Appearing on Tattoo Fixers: Extreme on E4, Billy revealed he already had the phrase ‘”Get that fire exit door, I’m off!” G.C’ tattooed on his chest from her time on the show when she thought she had seen a ghost.
However, Billy wanted to go further with an inking of her portrait on his leg.
Admiring his new artwork he said: “Mate, that is insane.”

Gemma was clearly impressed with his dedication to her, taking to Instagram to share her plans to meet up with Billy.
Alongside a picture of the tattoo she wrote: “Next level fan love @billybo94 I saw this and had to make contact with you. Lots of love to you and thank you for the GC DEDICATION #gcforever #wow #fanlove.
“I’m going to arrange to meet you in person and take you for lunch.”

Viewers were less impressed with his new inking with one writing on Twitter: “Billy has just walked into #tattoofixers and clearly needs psychological guidance. He reckons he is obsessed with someone and wants a tattoo of her on his body.
“Let’s hope there’s plenty of spare flesh, he was a tattoo of the deluded #missgemmacollins”.
While another wrote: “Amazing tattoo but it’s still of Gemma Collins LOL #TattooFixers”.

Gemma is not the first celebrity to have their face etched into a fan’s skin after singer Kelsy Karter revealed she had Harry Styles’ face inked onto her cheek in an attempt to get the One Direction star to collaborate with her.
The Dancing On Ice star’s week appeared to be improving after her horror fall on the rink last Sunday left her using a wheelchair.
The TOWIE star was back on the ice as she returned to rehearsals ready to impress on this week’s show.
