Celebs Go Dating has quietly become a must-watch, with the E4 reality show starting a new series tonight.
So colour us incredibly excited as one of the celebrities looking for love is none other than the queen of ‘memays’, Gemma Collins!
The titan of TOWIE took to Instagram earlier to share a short clip from one of her dates on the show – which doesn’t appear to go well!
She captioned the video clip: “HONEY…. DONT CALL ME LOVE. I’m GC don’t you know! @celebsgodating tonight 9pm”.
As Gemma’s introduced to her handsome, bearded companion, he immediately gets off on the wrong foot by asking her: “What you been up to, love?”

Gemma’s face falls as she replies: “Honey, don’t call me love.”
“No love? Why, what’s wrong with love?” protests her date.
Gemma reiterates: “It’s just… don’t address me as love.”
After a short chat about what he does for a living – working as a black taxi driver – the dopey date accidentally drops the L bomb again!
But he tries to pass it off as a hangover from his job, where he refers to people as “love” and “lovely” as they jump in and out of his cab.
Gemma says: “Love makes me feel old though.”
The date replies: “Oh, shut up! I’ve got shoes that are older than you. So what are you looking for in your dating life now, my love?”
Clearly fed up, Gemma cuts him short with a brutal: “I’m gonna be really honest with ya, you’ve called me love twice now – it’s just not gonna work for us” before getting up and walking off!

Other celebrities looking to find love include Love Island’s “Muggy” Mike Thalassitis, and Ollie Locke – whose gaydar is apparently malfunctioning on tonight’s show!
We hear Gemma is set for some fiery clashes with the agents tasked with finding her love, so she’s sure to make this as watchable as she always is on TOWIE!
