The German nanny at the centre of Mel B’s divorce proceedings is suing the former Spice Girls singer for defamation.
Lorraine Gilles, 26, is hitting back against claims that she embarked on an affair with Mel B’s husband Stephen Belafonte, and that she aborted the film producer’s baby.
She also refutes allegations that she stole from the singer, 41, having received $300,000 from Belafonte for “nanny services”.
Gilles, who worked as a childminder for the couple for seven years until 2014, has revealed that she regularly joined the couple for sex at their Hollywood home, and that Mel – real name Melanie Brown – even filmed her having intercourse with Belafonte.
But she denies that she and Belafonte, 41, had an affair behind Mel’s back, or that she was pregnant with his baby.
The stunning blonde insists that the pregnancy was the result of a one-night stand with a different man, and that Brown helped her to get an appointment to have the baby aborted.

Court papers issued on the nanny’s behalf state: “At no point did Gilles and Belafonte engage in any sexual acts without Brown’s knowledge or participation, and at no point did Gilles and Belafonte represent to Brown that Gilles was pregnant with Belafonte’s child.”
Brown married Belafonte at a secret ceremony in Las Vegas in 2007 following a whirlwind romance.
While the estranged couple only have one child together, Mel has three in total – the others being fathered by dancer Jimmy Gulzar and actor Eddie Murphy.

She was once quoted as saying: “I have a huge libido and a great sex life.”
However, the couple’s relationship began to deteriorate, with Brown claiming that Belafonte could be aggressive and even physically assaulted her.
Shortly after the death of her father last month, Mel filed for divorce – and she’s been granted a restraining order against Belafonte, which prevents him from approaching her or her three children.
The last thing she would’ve wanted is a lawsuit against her.
