Gordon Ramsay is well-known for being a doting dad to his four children.
But that didn’t stop the naughty chef making a cheeky quip when it came to wishing daughter Tilly a happy 16th birthday.
Proving even celeb dads can be embarrassing, the star celebrated his youngest child’s milestone birthday by uploading a throwback video of her singing as a youngster to Facebook.
Aw, sweet, right?

Well, it was actually the caption to the video that left fans chuckling as the chef joked: “Happy Birthday gorgeous !!! Thank goodness you can cook because you can’t sing !! Love you.”
One fan joked: “A savage, even on his daughter’s birthday!”
Another agreed: “It’s Tilly’s birthday, but dad is still a savage hahahaha (sic).”
A third wrote: “Oh wow, He’s so merciless even to his daughter, incredible. Anyway, happy birthday Matilda, best wishes!”
And a fourth chimed in: “Classic dad embarrassing his kid!”
Other fans joked they’d like to hear Gordon sing if he was going to poke fun at his daughter’s voice!
One said: “I bet she sings better than you, Gordon! I challenge you to sing a song now!”
Another told Tilly: “Happy Birthday gorgeous girl, don’t worry what your dad says – he’s just jealous cause he can’t sing hehe (sic).”
Tilly – whose real name is Matilda – is following in her famous father’s footsteps by making a name for herself in the cooking world.
She presents the cooking show Matilda and the Ramsay Bunch on CBBC, which is currently filming its fourth series, and released a cookbook in May called Matilda & The Ramsay Bunch: Tilly’s Kitchen Takeover.
Tilly told The Times earlier this year: “I want to get more people my age to cook. I’ve got great recipes for smoothies and healthy stuff, but then I’ve got treats in there.
“Dad says treats are good. He says you can’t just eat vegetables all the time. You need something that makes you feel good.”
We agree!
Gordon and his wife Tana are also parents to daughter Megan, 19, and twins Jack and Holly, 17.
