Harry Hill is to host a brand new late-night comedy show.
The You’ve Been Framed star will be back on Channel 4 with a new programme – which is as yet unnamed – featuring some of the UK’s best comics alongside the presenter’s unique blend of chaos and hilarity.
Opening up on his excitement about the project, he said: “Channel 4 gave me my first break all those years ago – it’ll be great to bring some of my favourite new comics to a wider audience! Stouffer the cat’s thrilled too.”
The show – which has been commissioned for six episodes – will air at 11pm each week, and will be filmed just days before its transmission.

Harry, 54, will also act as curator for the series, handpicking some of his favourite established acts alongside the rising stars of the comedy circuit.
From interviews with the guests to regular recurring segments, the show looks to take on the best aspects of the host’s career highs to create something special and exciting.

Ed Havard, Channel 4’s head of entertainment, praised Harry for his dedication in promoting new stars, and described the unnamed project as a way to give fresh talent a platform on a national scale.
He said: “I’m thrilled that a huge star like Harry is excited by the opportunities in our new 11pm slot.
“We’ve wanted to work with him for a very long time – he has always been a champion of new comedy talent and with Harry at the helm, the series is a fantastic chance to introduce a raft of the best new faces to Channel 4’s audience.”
