Taking to Instagram, Helen posted a beautiful photo of herself and Matilda enjoying the warm weather together.
“We loved the heat wave today,” she wrote in the caption.
“Nursery for Matilda and work for mummy. Got loads of water retention now in my legs and knees and ankles and feet 😩 I had bad water retention with Matilda last time but I felt it was only noticeable at 9 months but this time it’s been earlier 🙈😄😩.
“It didn’t stop me from wearing my shorts today though and I’m proud of my pregnancy body.”
Many fans were quick to comment on Helen’s post, lavishing her and Matilda with compliments and praising her attitude.
One told her: “As you should be!! You are absolutely gorgeous!!! Every pregnant woman is beautiful because of the precious life she carries within.”
Another said: “Looking great! Don’t ever feel ashamed of your body, especially now you’re carrying a beauty baby.”
A third added: “And so u should be happy healthy and baby on board.”
Helen and Scott announced their second pregnancy in January, and have said they won’t find out the baby’s sex before its birth.
It’s not been the easiest pregnancy for Helen, who has suffered from hyperemesis gravidarium, the same form of extreme pregnancy sickness that has plagued the Duchess of Cambridge.

A couple of weeks ago Helen told fans: “Seven months today and starting my third trimester. Hoping I feel less sick in this trimester…
“Don’t get me wrong, the first trimester I was just completely wiped out with sickness and I’ve really enjoyed the second trimester, and in comparison to my first it’s been a breeze.
“I’ve had a little bit of nausea and sickness but it’s been really manageable.
“This is really not a moaning post at all. I know how very lucky I am to be pregnant just posting about my pregnancy sickness for other pregnant women to relate to.”
Helen also told fans she’s experienced swelling in her feet, revealing a pair of sandals she bought to wear on a recent holiday no longer fit.
“Gutted that my feet didn’t fit in them in Dubai with swelling,” she said. “Anyone else pregnant have really bad pregnancy swelling in their feet? I had it with Matilda when I was 9 months but I’ve got it early this time and I have no ankles.”
