Helen Flanagan has marked boyfriend Scott Sinclair’s birthday by sharing a very touching and intimate photo to Instagram.
The Coronation Street actress posted a picture of the moment she surprised Scott with the news he is going to become a father again.

In the snap, shared on Sunday morning, the footballer is seen holding his and Helen’s daughter Matilda, two, in one arm, and a pregnancy test in the other.

He has a look of pure joy on his face as he beams at the camera.
Helen, 27, wrote alongside the beautiful photo: “Happy birthday to the guy that I’m crazy about. Love you and I love our beautiful babies.
“Love this picture of you when I surprised you with our second baby on the way my fave xxx you’re the best xxx.”
Fans were quick to pile in with their own happy 29th birthday wishes for Scott, and tell Helen how happy they are about the couple’s baby news.
One wrote: “What a perfect photograph!”
Another said: “Gorgeous pic hope you have a lovely birthday with your beautiful family.”
A third added: “What a beautiful moment!”
Helen, who plays Rosie Webster in Corrie, announced her pregnancy back in December.
She revealed how it took five days to break the news to Scott as he was abroad on holiday and she didn’t want to do it over the phone.
Helen told OK!: “I was very happy, but I was a bit taken aback as this baby wasn’t in the plan. I knew I would feel a lot better once I’d told Scott.”
Scott, who plays for Scottish club Celtic, added: “It was a little bit of a surprise! I was away in Dubai with my family. Helen couldn’t come as she was filming. She found out on a Thursday but had to wait until I got home five days later to tell me.”
Helen also revealed she took four pregnancy tests to be sure!
The couple have been together since 2009.
