Fans of former Corrie star Helen Flanagan are praising the actress as she embraces her “weight gain”.
The 34-year-old mum of three took to Instagram to issue a new update. In the picture, Helen was captured holding her youngest child, son Charlie, three, while sitting on the beach.

In her caption, Helen informed her 1.1 million followers that she’s “put weight on this January”.
She continued: “I’ve done dry January, I wanted to support my boyfriend with it so did it myself…. Then I realised my drinking habits probably weren’t the best myself… so cutting down on my drinking as made me just want to snack more but it’s fine x.”
Helen stated that she re-introduced herself to bread and pasta after she cut out the food for “about two years”. She admitted her “eating habits” can be “a bit weird” due to her eating disorder during her teenage years.
She added: “I don’t think as women we ever happy there’s always something to pick at but I suppose as you get older it’s a nice thing as you just become more comfortable in your skin.”
Helen believes, as women, “it’s important to support each other, surgery or no surgery”. She insisted: “Whatever makes you happy.”

Break-up weight loss
The star then shared another post of herself in a pink underwear set.
She spoke about her boob job and revealed that, after breastfeeding all three of her children, “you could have tied by boobs in a bow”.
Speaking about her split from fiancé Scott Sinclair, she added: “I lost a lot of weight from my break up and I didn’t want my boobs to be too big for my frame. But I needed them to fill out the skin that needed lifting. Now they are just perfect for my frame and I feel they are really natural, like my boobs before my kids.
“When I look back to when I really wanted my surgery done it was sad as I didn’t feel confident and sexy with their dad. I always had to have a bra on and I was so self-conscious about my boobs.
“I remember crying in the shower after I finished feeding Delilah. I just didn’t feel like me, even though their dad always said I was beautiful.”

The Corrie actress and her footballer fiancé Scott – who share three kids – split back in 2022.
However, in May 2024 she found her new Mr Right in Robbie Talbot.

Robbie attended her 34th birthday party last summer and reports at the time said she was “smitten”.
A source told The Sun: “Helen’s absolutely smitten. They look so good together. She deserves to be happy after everything she’s been through recently. She’s tried to keep things out of the public eye, but that’s become difficult as their feelings have grown for each other.”
Robbie has kids too
Robbie retired from playing football in 2004 after a car accident that almost cost him his life. He later went into coaching.
He also has two daughters from a previous relationship.
