Helen Skelton threw it back to 2013 when she shared a gorgeous picture to Instagram showing her wedding to rugby star Richie Myler.
The television presenter looked stunning and blissfully happy in the sweet snap posted to mark the couple’s four-year anniversary.
Letting their huge smiles do all the talking, Helen simply captioned the shot: “BFF #anniversary.”

Helen, 34, tied the knot with Super Rugby League player Richie, 27, in her Penrith, Cumbria hometown in December 2013.
Dozens of famous friends and fans were quick to wish the couple a happy anniversary, including Olympic swimmer Rebecca Adlington and singer Laura Wright.
One fan wrote: “He really is one very lucky man!”
Another said: “Happy Anniversary guys and here’s to many, many more through your life together.”
And a third dished out some relationship advice: “Remember to love each other and never go to sleep angry , best advice I got from my late Mum . Happy Anniversary.”
As well as giving fans a glimpse at their idyllic wedding day, Helen posted other photos from over the years, showing them at various different stages of their relationship.
One snap showed the couple, who began dating in 2011, looking fresh-faced on a night out, while others paid tribute to their love of the outdoors and staying active.
The pair were seen getting ready to hit the waves at a chilly looking beach, while also pictured standing on top of a mountain, with a gorgeous view behind them.
Of course, the collage of pictures wouldn’t be complete without reference to the couple’s two children.
Helen gave birth to their first child, Ernie, two years ago, while they welcomed second son, Louis, in April this year.
Chatting to the Express earlier this month, Helen said: “Having my sons has definitely been an adventure so far. Louis was born on the kitchen floor and Ernie is a little tornado – he’s just bursting with energy and enthusiasm.
“I never quite know what he’s going to do next but that’s all part of the fun.”
This will be the couple’s first Christmas as a family of four… but could they be a family of five in the future?
She recently told Daily Mail: “Some days I say I would love one more, two more, three more and other days, I’m like, ‘No!’ When you have two boys, it’s hard because everyone is like would you have another one to have a girl and I’m like, ‘No! I wouldn’t have another one to have a girl!’
