Holby City fans who would love to see Zosia Self and Ollie Valentine reunited might just get what they are hoping for, actress Camilla Arfwedson has teased.
Camilla returns as Zosia on Tuesday (19 February) and her comeback is shrouded in mystery.
However, viewers have been told she walks back into the famous hospital with a “big secret” – oh please tell us it’s a baby that looks exactly like Ollie… Pleeeeaaaasssseeeee?

We last saw Zosia when she left for pastures new in September 2017 – just after getting married to the love of her life, Ollie (played by James Anderson).
Ollie’s first wife Tara passed away in 2013 from a brain tumour, but he went on to find love with colleague Zosia.
The pair married in what turned out to be a very dramatic wedding day – Zosia’s dad, CEO Guy Self (John Michie) got drunk and crashed the reception.

He then delivered a slurred speech to the guests before being thrown out by Lee Mead’s character, Lofty.
However, as if the ceremony mirrored the marriage, the union didn’t last long when they reached a heartbreaking crossroads – as Zosia hoped to pursue a new opportunity studying in the US, while Oliver wanted to stay behind.
After Zosia’s departure, Ollie bowed out of the wards last year, having been left brain-damaged in the shock shooting that killed his colleague Raf di Lucca.
But with Zosia back, Camilla has suggested that the door is now wide open for Ollie to return…
When Inside Soap asked her if the pairing is over, Camilla replied: “Not necessarily.
“The writers have deliberately been a bit vague about it as we do meet an American man with whom Zosia may have had an affair.
“Having said that, the implication is that she and Ollie are very friendly; they communicate and love each other.”
She added: “The producers say they’d be happy to see us back together, and myself and James would be open to that.
“We’re not sure how much Ollie’s brain damage has developed, but it would be a shame for him not to be able to come back to the hospital.
“Maybe he can’t practise medicine again, but can do another job?”
In real life, Camilla recently married Call The Midwife’s Jack Hawkins in a secret wedding ceremony.
The two actors met back in 2016 when Jack appeared in Holby City as a patient.
