Holly Willoughby has proven the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree by sharing a photo of her lookalike mum.
As the This Morning host posted a picture of her 70-year-old mum Linda to Instagram, fans were quick to point out the similarities between the pair.
“Your mum is so beautiful…….and you are so like her….. both beautiful,” wrote one fan, while another added: “Some good looking genes there.”
In addition to sharing a gene pool, the mother and daughter duo also appear to share the same hairdresser, with both sporting identical blonde wavy hairdos.
Holly, 37, captioned the image: “On the day the @spicegirls announce a new tour… I took mine out for lunch…
“Mamma I love you… beautiful @annabelsmayfair as our backdrop…”

The pair were likely discussing their upcoming trip Down Under, where Holly will be co-presenting I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here!
Holly’s parents – Linda, a former air-stewardess, and dad Brian, a retired double glazing company manager – will be accompanying their daughter to the Gold Coast in Australia later this month.
They will be looking after Holly and husband Dan Baldwin’s three children, Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and Chester, four.
Holly will be taking temporary leave of the This Morning sofa while she presents the hit show – due to kick off on Sunday 18th November – alongside Declan Donnelly.
As well as undoubtedly being thankful for the babysitting duties, Holly has previously credited her parents for showing her what a successful marriage looks like.
“My mum and dad have been together for years and years, and they’re a real team,” she gushed in an interview with the Mirror.
“My mum instilled in me that importance of family life and being married to somebody who is a real partner.
“From watching her with my dad over the years, I knew that was something I really wanted for myself.”
