Holly Willoughby got a group of welcome visitors during work at This Morning today – her best friends!
The 37-year-old shared a lovely picture to Instagram showing her posing with three of her closest pals on the show’s famous blue sofa.
And you may notice a familiar face in there!
Joining Holly at This Morning’s studios on Thursday was All Saints singer Nicole Appleton, alongside record label exec Shiarra Bell and PR manager Niki de Metz.

Holly shared the pic with the caption: “Take your girls to work day… ”
One of the first to comment on the snap was Nicole, who simply wrote: “Love girls at work day!”
Meanwhile, former Spice Girl Emma Bunton, who is also a member of their friendship circle, remarked: “Miss my girls, sorry I missed today.”
It was no doubt the girls’ first look at This Morning’s temporary new studios, after the ITV show moved from its normal home on London’s South Bank to the old BBC Television Centre.
Several of ITV’s daytime shows including Good Morning Britain, Lorraine and Loose Women have all relocated to the West London studios while renovation work takes place on the South Bank building.
Holly had done an outfit change once the This Morning cameras stopped rolling, swapping her white pencil skirt and black shirt for an edgier look of skinny jeans, black and white striped top, and biker jacket.
It was a busy installment of This Morning as Holly and co-host Phillip Schofield interviewed former Big Brother star Chanelle Hayes, and had their futures predicted by an asparamancer aka somebody who uses asparagus to make predictions!
They also spoke with a man who was previously locked up in a Thai prison, and chaired a discussion on whether teenage girls should be given vibrators to help combat the stigma around sex and bodies.
Holly alluded during the show to having an important meeting afterwards – perhaps she meant going to lunch with her pals?!
The TV star is frequently snapped with this group and just last week was seen holding hands with Nicole as they attended a charity event together in London.
She has spoken often about how important her friendships are to her.
While fronting Diet Coke’s Get The Gang Back Together campaign last year, she said: “Friends are so important and they are always there for you no matter what.
“I have friends that I have met at different stages in my life and we have grown up together, but what they all have in common is we can talk to each other about anything and you never feel judged because they perfectly understand you.”
