TV presenter par excellence, yummy mummy, brand ambassador… Holly Willoughby already has plenty of strings to her bow.
Now she wants to flex her acting muscles, and fancies a stint in a soap.

“I’d love to do soaps,” she said. “I did speak to This Morning’s soap expert the other day because she writes for Emmerdale and I said, ‘What would you cast me in?’ and she said she would cast me in Hollyoaks as the teacher who has an affair with one of her pupils.”
Holly says she’d love to sink her teeth into the role of a pupil-hungry teacher.
“That would be a dramatic role – it would be great, I should do it.”
The This Morning host isn’t a complete novice when it comes to acting. Two years ago she played a witch in Miss Marple!
It’s not just acting she has her sights on.
Holly sees herself as a bit of a Louis Theroux and would like to try her hand at documentary film making.
“I would like to something like that one day but I think it’s something you need to invest a lot of time in,” she admitted.
“At the moment time is not something I have tons of so eventually I think that would be a nice place to go.”
Luckily for us, she has no plans to quit This Morning, but is mulling over what could happen afterwards.
“Hopefully This Morning doesn’t end any time soon but eventually once all that time is finished I can focus on things like that and do passion projects and focus on things you really like and travel a bit when the kids are older.”
Of course, Holly is a busy bee. Not only is she entertaining us in the mornings with Phillip Schofield, she’s still on the panel of Celebrity Juice and she hosts the new series of sporting quiz Play to the Whistle.

However what you won’t see Holly do anymore is pose in sexy outfits.
She says that now she’s a mum, those days of bikini shoots are long gone.
“If you look in FHM I was very well-dressed, but I think probably that was really a way to say goodbye to all of that,” she told the Mirror.
“I’ve had three children. There is enough lurking about online to keep my fans busy for a long time.
“Never say never, but I really think now I’m a mum of three… I don’t think we need to see that any more.”
