Holly Willoughby reveals how she juggles This Morning and being a mum

She's mum to three young children aged nine to three

Holly Willoughby has described This Morning as the “perfect” job for someone with young children.

The 37-year-old told Woman and Home magazine her working hours on the ITV daytime programme mean she’s always home in time to collect her children from school.

She’s mum to Harry, nine, Belle, seven, and three-year-old Chester.

Holly said of This Morning: “It’s a brilliant show to do when you’ve got young children; the hours are perfect. I get home to do the school run in the evening, I get summer holidays. So for me, selfishly, that’s pretty unique and I am very blessed that I can do that.”

The star, who is married to TV producer Dan Baldwin, was praised as an “amazing mum” by her This Morning co-host Phillip Schofield.

He told the mag: “Holly has the most delightful children. She’s an amazing mum, and Dan is an amazing dad, and the children all love getting together.”

Family is very important to Holly and she recently announced she’d quit her lifestyle brand Truly as she didn’t want it to impact on her family life.

Holly is certainly busy when it comes to her work and personal life.

As well as being a mum of three young children, she juggles her duties on This Morning with filming Celebrity Juice and Dancing On Ice when they are on air.

She’s also just been announced as a brand ambassador for Marks & Spencer, pulling together her own edit for the high street brand that went live on Thursday.

On top of that, the star will jet over to Australia later this year to co-host I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! with Dec Donnelly.

She’s standing in for regular host Ant McPartlin who is taking a break from all TV and work commitments until 2019.

Holly has already said she’ll bring the children with her to Oz and has spoken to their schools about how that will work so it does not affect their education.

“When I first found out, it’s obviously bittersweet, but it was exciting. You try and work out when you’ll go and how long for,” she previously said on This Morning.

“The kids are coming with me so I’ve been speaking with the school seeing how that’s all going to work.”

Holly will also bring husband Dan and her mum along, too.

This Morning has yet to announce who will replace Holly on the ITV daytime show and sit alongside Phil on the sofa while she’s away.
