Holly Willoughby has always shied away from discussing how she maintains her svelte figure, but a source close to the star has revealed she keeps her diet restricted to three different foods.
According to the Sunday Mirror, the This Morning presenter sticks to a diet of chicken, carrots and hummus to maintain her physique.

“Holly is determined to keep her new-look body,” said the Mirror’s insider, “so she eats chicken, carrots and hummus.
“You’ll never see her without a pack of mango either, to satisfy her sweet tooth.”
The star has also taken up ballet and kick boxing in order to keep fighting fit – on top of her beloved pilates.
“She loves doing them,” the source claims. “She says she’s discovered ‘a new me’ and won’t be giving up any time soon.”
The presenter has previously spoken about her reluctance to discuss her diet and exercise regime, claiming that to do so can encourage easting disorders.
Speaking to Prima in January she said “I actually avoid talking about my diet and exercise regime because I have interviewed so many people affected by eating disorders and I know some people in chat rooms can really fixate on other people’s diets.
“I just can’t contribute to that.”

She continued to say that food shouldn’t be something to fixate on: “I’m healthy; I love food it’s a celebration, something to be talked over, shopped for, cooked and enjoyed.”
“As long as I’m healthy, that’s good enough for me,” she continued. “I’m quite active and I try not to let the way I look be the main focus because it’s not the most important thing.”
She reiterated her viewpoint in September in The Sun’s Fabulous magazine, saying “I think people will always discuss [weight loss], and it’s exactly why I just won’t… …I don’t want to be part of that.
“Body image is such a dull subject when there is so much more to talk about. As long as you’re happy and you’re healthy, move on.”
