Hollyoaks star Jen Metcalfe has revealed that she is having a baby – by a Geordie Shore star!
No, don’t get excited. She hasn’t fallen victim to the charms of Gaz Beadle or Scotty T.

This Geordie Shore star is, if you’ve forgotten, like most people probably have, Greg Lake, who has been her beloved and very handsome boyfriend for the past four years!
Greg appeared in the first series of the vulgar MTV show but quit when he realised the bawdy behaviour was not for him.
The happy nappy news comes just a year after Jennifer Metcalfe had to film heartbreaking scenes in which her character Mercedes McQueen endured a still birth.
Although she is yet to officially confirm the news – probably saving the announcement for OK! magazine – pals say she and Greg are very excited and cannot wait until the day their baby is born.
“Jen and Greg are delighted,” a source told The Sun. “They have told their friends and family, who are chuffed too.”
“Obviously after her difficult time filming her last pregnancy scenes on Hollyoaks this is a breath of fresh air for Jen.
“It’s going to be an exciting rest of the year for her.”
Jennifer said at the time of the stillbirth scenes being screened that the storyline had been among the toughest she had ever had to play.
“Filming it, I got a lump in my throat and that was it. By the end I was just sat there sobbing.”
Jen began dating Greg in January 2013 after splitting with ice dancer Sylvain Longchambon.

But in spite of their time together, she is still waiting for Greg to pop the question.
Last year she gave her other half a nudge about proposing, saying: “I think it’s down to the guy, so I’ll just leave him to it. But it will happen one day.”
She also spoke about starting a family. “It’s something we want in our future,” she teased OK!.
“But we’re both so busy doing what we do in different cities that it’s not something we’re thinking about at the minute. We both know it’s something we want in our lives when the time is right, though.”
Greg added: “I think I’d like to have two kids. A boy and girl would be nice. I’ve got two nephews and I love spending time with them.”
