There must be something in the water – as yet another celeb couple have announced their split.
Coming hot on the heels of the shock break-up of Cara de la Hoyde and Nathan Massey, comes the news that Hollyoaks star Steph Waring has parted company from ex EastEnders hunk Michael Greco.

The 38-year-old actress only confirmed that she was dating the gruff voiced actor six months ago after they were spotted on a night out in a restaurant in Manchester.
But pals have supposedly said that the couple’s very different lifestyles have caused a wedge between them and forced the pair to decide it is the best for them to go their separate ways.
“Michael loves a night out and is a bit of a party boy, but Steph is more of a homebody,” a source told The Sun.
“She was really keen for them to settle down and set up home together, but it was just too much too fast for him.”
The source added that Steph isn’t taking the split that well.
“Steph is pretty cut up about it, she really liked him and hoped that their relationship would last the distance.”
The source continued that there have been times during their relationship when things have cooled down between them from time to time but said that they always ended up reconciling.
However, it’s unsure at this stage whether or not if this particular break is temporary or final, as both have unfollowed each other on Twitter.

Matching up with Michael was always something Steph had dreamt of, admitting last year that she used to fancy him when he was in EastEnders.
“I think he should go back to ‘EastEnders,” she told Bang Showbiz.
“I watched it when he was in it years and years ago and I loved watching him on it.”
Although they have unfollowed each other on Twitter, Steph still has pics of Michael on Instagram. Could this mean the split might indeed be temporary? We’ll have to wait and find out.
