In Brighton Magistrate’s Court today (November 23), District Judge Amanda Kelly told Paul: “I make it quite clear the overwhelming likelihood is you will be going to prison.”

Alan’s husband was ‘four times over the limit’
Mr Drayton, who married Alan in 2018, was stopped on October 9 at 3pm after “swerving all over the road”.
He allegedly tested four times over the legal limit before reversing into the police car.
The prosecution said: “Police officers managed to stop the motor vehicle. At that point while behind the vehicle, the silver Mitsubishi reversed into the police car.
“Officers got out and spoke to Mr Drayton. It was clear from his demeanour that he was intoxicated.
“He was unsteady and lacked coordination. He was subsequently arrested.”
ED! has gone to Alan’s reps for comment.
