Sair Khan has left I’m A Celebrity viewers confused after appearing to eat emu meat even though she claims to be a vegan.
The Coronation Street actress, 30, entered the jungle on Sunday night and the star and her team won the first big challenge of the brand new series.
Sair was part of the red team alongside fellow campates Harry Redknapp, John Barrowman, Nick Knowles and Malique Thompson-Dwyer.

The team won the first challenge against the yellow team and were rewarded with setting up camp in Croc Creek while the other celebrities were forced to reside in Snake Rock and live on basic rations of rice and beans.
Sair and her campmates were also rewarded with being immune from the first two Bushtucker trials and treated to emu meat for dinner.
As the emu meat was delivered to the camp, Sair told her campmates: “I think I’ve tried emu before.”
She and Nick then took control of cooking.
However, as the campates tucked into their meal, fans took to Twitter to speculate over whether Sair ate the meat too.
One person said: “Sair is supposedly vegan but she ate emu??? I’m so confused.”
Another tweeted: “I thought I read Sair was a vegan and she’s eating emu?”

A third added: “Sair Khan claiming to be a vegan so can’t do challenges that involve the animals… yet she’s just ate emu & said she’s already ate emu before?”

But others were quick to defend Sair and point out that it was never confirmed if she ate the meat.
One person said: “For anyone saying they thought Sair was vegan, literally nothing was confirmed. Until it’s confirmed I wouldn’t believe anything you read.”

Why are people so confused that Sair Khan said she’d eaten emu before? I doubt she came out the womb as a vegan. Everyone trying to call her out on it too as if she’s slipped up or something. Bizarre. #ImACeleb
