For anyone that has ever woken up on Christmas morning hoping to discover Father Christmas has visited only to find their presents – and the Christmas tree they lay under – chewed to bits, it appears a festive solution has been found.

It also seems to be a popular purchase with customers – with dozens of happy reviewers who have already sorted their tree for December 25th.
“I am really pleased with it and it will look great when lit up and decorated,” said one person on the Argos website.
“It’s a perfect size and height but it’s still space saving without losing any of the effect,” wrote another.
